What a sad, sorry state we were in.
Thousands of empty spaces in what looked like a practice match.
Attendance: 14,825



Not too many years previous, we were paying to packed houses against some of the best teams in the league.

5 years before we were in a European final!

I was at that game. We had a similar game v Leicester! I didn’t realise we were so far down the table after 30 games. Mogga to the rescue that season.

Funny to look at the table and see some teams have completely different fortunes today!

Yeah, Doncaster for instance! And for Sheff U, Ipswich and especially Coventry, bad times were ahead - but they're back now and doing better than us. The biggest success story of course though was Leicester. Imagine if you could go back in time and put a bet on they'd win the league in just over five years what odds you'd have got...
