Really creepy movie characters

The bloke in that Spanish movie "Sleep Tight". Or even worse the bloke playing Fritz Honka in the German film "The Golden Glove". That one is creepier. because it's based on a true story. I really wouldn't recommend watching it. It made me feel ill.
 
Not creepy in the sense if the others, but my first thought was Chris Waltz's character in Inglorious Basterds
 
The backstory of this is that a white family have transferred their Grandmas brain into the black lady, who then becomes the nanny.

In this scene though the real her is trying to break through however is eventually overpowered by the Grandma.
