I'd disagree - Pep IS a great manager IMO. His record at Barca, Bayern and City cannot be disputed. Okay, he's taken over clubs pretty much at the top of their leagues and improved them as well as inheriting world class players, but in years to come he will rightly go down as one of the all time greats.
Remember, City were only invented in 2008 so waiting 14 years for the CL isn't too long .........

But they haven't won it yet have they, still waiting 14 years and counting!

He never improved Bayern Munich, if anything they were worse under Pep.

Only thing he never won was the CL, knocked out in the semis the three seasons he was there. Domestically they still dominated.
