Reading have made an offer of €10 million for LAFC winger Diego Rossi and talks are underway.

So says Twitter

FFP, didn’t they come close to breaching limits then bought two forwards in Puskas and Joao?

Ffp is a myth ive said it before look at how many have “got away with it”.
 
It depends on the how the deals are structured. Losses for ffp are over years remember.

No one really knows the ins and outs of clubs books, we are probably still being paid for players we sold 2 years ago and vice versa.

This is probably the first year I can remember that Reading have spent any money. We probably spent more in that one year under Monk than they’ve spent in the last ten combined.
 
Reading definitely are pushing their luck regarding FFP.
Lots of players have come in yet hardly anyone out.
Depends on how the deal is structured and how 'creative' they can get with their accounting
 
They probably are going all in thinking this season might be their best chance. Dangerous mind.
