Special player we have here. Hope he’s here for at least a couple of years. Looked like a top 26 year old prem defender at times last night, not a 19 year old in his debut season away in a new league. It’s a crime he was on the losing side.

He’s the best Cb at the club and must start there now from now on irrespective if everyone else is fit or not.

Hope to see him build on the impressive performance on Saturday.

Yeah I would have McNair ahead of Fry at the moment. Not sure when he’s back
 
Given the route the club is going down regarding player recruitment and development, he has to play for me. His last two performances at CB warrant inclusion on his own merit, but aside from that, it sends a message to other younger players that it is good place to get game time and you wont be shunted aside for an experienced player.
 
Agree - firmly cemented as our first choice CB for me now.

What a game he had last night, said it in another thread, he played like 2 or 3 players in one. Positioning and reading of the game was like a seasoned international
 
The lad was brilliant last night. Even his over the head hooked clearance worked.

He has potential to become a really brilliant player. Good positioning, reads the play well, is a big lad and can pass the ball too. I was impressed in how it pinged the ball into midfield at times.
