I would say Nathan Jones, Wilder then Cooper. I would add the Coventry manager into the mix, for the team he has built for peanuts.

To be fair Rooney has done remarkably well at Derby, don't like the club, didn't like Rooney but give him full credit for the way he has managed the team and the difficult circumstances he finds himself in.

Nathan Jones for me as it stands.

He's doing a brilliant job, the fact that Luton are 3rd with 8 games left is incredible.

If they finish in the play-offs, he should win it.
