Random Walsall help needed

Hope you enjoy the game 👍🏻
How many grounds have you done?
Walsall will be #76 of the curent 92. I've done others like Notts County, Barnet, Dagenham and Torquay who have fallen out the football league and some who have moved where I've done the old but not the new ground.

Done loads of non league and a few in Europe with Boro - Den Haag, Banik, Sporting and Eindehoven.

Want to compete the 92 in the next three or four years if I can.

Who are the 16 teams you have left?

Good effort. My Walsall mate has 87. Never been to Boro.
Enjoy the game

They are -

Prem - Brentford

Champ - Blackburn, Sheff U and Swansea

League 1 - Accrington, Bolton, Donny, Fleetwood, Lincoln and Morecambe.

League 2 - Barrow, Bristol Rovers, Harrogate, Oldham, Port Vale, Rochdale and Walsall.

The majority are in the North West which is a chore as I live in Fareham!

Do you have to start again when, as in the example of Brentford, they change stadiums ?

Yes. I’ve done the old Brentford, Swansea and Bristol Rovers. Everton and Luton set to move. All need doing again which is annoying.

Then you lose clubs out the league, so Scunthorpe and possibly Stevenage this year.

However, if I get all 92 done these changes will be something I welcome!

That’s mad. I’ve been to Bolton and sheff utd about a dozen times.
Why didn’t you do swansea this weekend? It’s my first time there then I’ve done 50 watching boro

Good question! I'm not doing Swansea this weekend as I'm doing it on the 26th with Bournemouth.

The reason for that is that I know the Bournemouth kitman and therefore get complimentary away tickets and another lad I know follows them home and away so I just jump in with him, rather than having to drive.

It is a bit lazy on my part but it makes life easier and cheaper when you're trying to do the 92.

The Bournemouth kitman also gets me a shirt off our kitman whenever we play them. This season he got me Uche's in the home game and Jones' last week. I've got eight off him over the years. He's a great contact!!

Glad it's been sorted. I like to tick off new grounds and have often come up against this sort of problem, but there's usually a way around it if you can contact the club.

The only club which has ever point-blank refused to sell me a ticket was Barnet. Despite a lengthy email exchange, they simply wouldn't budge. There were plenty of tickets left for the match as well, but without a previous purchase history I couldn't get in, and didn't have any contacts to help. I hope they don't get back into the 92 during my lifetime, as I have no desire to go there now. Bunch of twunts.

Same thing happened to me last month. Four of us were looking to go to Lincoln v Sunderland but had no purchase history and they wouldn't budge.

We ended up doing Salford v Scunthorpe. The following day I found out Salford are looking at swapping grounds with the Rugby League team in the next year or two! Gutted! 🤣
