Racism in Middlesbrough Council

Heard something over the weekend that any decent person would be appalled by which follows on from some already serious issues linked to racism at the heart of Middlesbrough Council. Do the council not have a code of conduct?

An indication of how bad things are is the bloke in the article underneath is still in his senior job after sharing racist material online. The material was shared after a fourteen year old girl who lives near him had been raising awareness for Black Lives Matter near her home. She'd been spat at and racially abused.

I think its always sensible to view councillors separately to the local authority - they have no control over who is elected and, in my experience, some of them lack basic i intelligence!
