property prices and also rental values have doubled since the end of pandemic. they were creeping up slowly post pandemic, then a huge influx of russian/ukranian money around two years ago saw a huge surge....... there are signs it is starting to level off a little at the moment so you may have missed the big pay day.
also worth noting you do not get a lot for your money and the build quality leaves a lot to be desired in most cases.. once the handover, snagging and warranty has expired, upkeep can be expensive, particularly with the cloud seeding they like to do here... lots of roof leaks, power outages etc and that's new builds as well!! ... something to bear in mind.......
