Hi how do I find my friend's and family's priority point's on my list please

This was a question raised last season wasn't it? We put it to the club at the time. Is it still a question of asking everyone on your list to check for themselves?

I've struggled with that, trying to find out how many my son has. He has a season ticket in his own name but I've always used my details for buying them, away tickets etc. Ive tried to add his details a few times without success.
I will see if I can follow this up. I can see how it could be a Data Protection issue for the club to issue you someone else's data.
I got a reply from the football club and this is something they are talking about to the ticket site software people SeatGeek.
At the moment you can access the priority points of friends and family but you would have to total them up yourself.
To do this...
"Currently the only way to know how many priority points someone in your ‘My Friends & Family’ has, is by accessing your ticketing account by logging in at tickets.mfc.co.uk. Once on your ticketing profile by clicking ‘Hello [Forename]’ in the top right, you should be able to see a Priority Points tab under your name. If you click on this, you get a priority points breakdown for everyone who has a strong relationship in your ‘My Friends & Family’. Unfortunately the only way of getting a total for someone else is by adding up all the points granted to that person."
Alex Thompson the Boro's Data guy has answered the query he holds his hand up this is not ideal but he hopes SeatGeek will make a change particularly as other clubs have also asked them for this.
