I see the points totals have been updated for the rolling two years. I have dropped to 178.
That'll be enough for any away game.I see the points totals have been updated for the rolling two years. I have dropped to 178.
Free drinkers get 150.I assume season ticket holders for the last few years start at 150?

Didn’t some get above 180-190 last year? That'll be enough for any away game.
Yeah I think they did. I ended last season on 201Didn’t some get above 180-190 last year?
I’m 165. But none of my mates have the same so it’s kind of irrelevant unless I go to the odd match alone.
When you log into the ticket site and select buy tickets, a little red box appears at the bottom of the page showing your current priority points total. Hope that helps.Where do you actually find this. The ticket site is not very user friendly.
And here we have the real problem with priority points - rampant abuse of the system for personal gain and sod everybody elseOur two tickets are 155 after a rarely getting to away games in the last few seasons due to Wedding / Newborn etc.
When I have went to away games it’s usually been jumping on spare tickets already bought by others.
Definitely looking to build more points this season but will have to target the less popular games when they land. Typical Derby / Sunderland are in the first two months but l’ll have ways and means with other mates who have been gaming the system for years. If you can’t beat them, join them and all that, but it’ll do nothing for my own points! (It’s a vicious cycle)

It was on the app. It shows my total in the bottom right cornerWhere do you actually find this. The ticket site is not very user friendly.
I totally agree and have said it numerous times in the past. I’m now obviously in no man’s land as far as points go at the moment but hopefully by the end of the season I’ll be af least in with a decent total but it means I’ll be having to travel to some of the games further afield as the local ones will have a high points threshold you’d imagine. Prior to my missus having the baby I was going to around 60-70% of away games Pre-Covid.And here we have the real problem with priority points - rampant abuse of the system for personal gain and sod everybody else
EBI've got 188 now. As ever I went to way more away games than I planned last season.
Even this season because I had a Premier Inn booking to move I'm going to bloody Cardiff away so I didn't lose the cost of the booking. Madness.
It is an issue but you can’t blame people for exploiting the system when the club does nothing to prevent it. I’d like to at least see some effort or a threat to prevent future purchases of tickets for anyone found to be reselling outside of official channels.I don’t know what the solution is for people gaming the system though. I want to build my points, but I also want to get back to regularly attending away matches so for the games with high points thresholds, I have limited options until I build up the points.
Yeah, there’s more than enough opportunity - certainly has been in recent seasons. Obviously if we are having a tilt at promotion more games will sell out before general sale too.It is an issue but you can’t blame people for exploiting the system when the club does nothing to prevent it. It’s still very possible to pick up points as a season ticket holder as games rarely sell out before they go on general sale.
