Priority points question

I'm a non season ticket holder, when buying tickets for games I'll sign in on my account and allocate my ticket to myself and allocate my kids tickets under their names. They don't have an account to sign into with an email address obviously. My question is... will they have been receiving priority points or will it just be myself?

You should be able to see them under your account. I’ve taken the granddaughter to a few games and she has points. Drop down box ‘history of tickets’.

Yes they will get points. You need to set them up with an account using a different email - either another one of yours or someone else who doesn't already have one. That is what I had to do for my son so I can see how many points he has etc. Easiest thing might be to just create extra Gmail email addresses.

You just need their Boro Id, DOB and an email address.
 
I've messed up to be honest. When I look at my ticket purchasing history it's only in more recent months that I've actually assigned kids tickets to my kids. There's times when I've ordered 1 adult and 2 kids tickets and assigned them all under my name but only got 3 priority points as a result meaning my kids have missed out on points they could've had. Can these be re-assigned by the club does anyone know? Probably a long shot mind.

Give the ticket office a call when they're quiet, you never know.
 
I've messed up massively as my brother, daughter, mates have bought tickets for me as and when I've been to games home/away. Was happy to hand the dosh over, no problems, never really thought anything of it.

My 3 priority points now looking a bit flimsy for the playoffs.......🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
 
Think I’ve just answered my own question, looks like I got 2 for Bishop Auckland View attachment 58967

The tickets are from York and Hartlepool's websites, so I'd be surprised if we get priority points for them.

I didn't get any for our match against Bishop Auckland last season.

It might have been something they did and scrapped, like when they initially gave priority points for using the Supporter's Bus before people complained.
 
If you need an email but don't have an easy way of achieving one consider a free temp mail address. I use mailinator.com but loads around. It's a way of getting online ID or receiving a mail only when you know you are due to receive it . Like in 2 hours. They get cleared out regualry but if you receive it you can copy it out and into a storage of your own.

The Hartlepool tickets are from the Boro ticket site.
