Pressure on Ange

Spurs repeatedly fall into the trap...... Just cos they pay £55 million for a striker such as Solanke..... Doesn't make him a good player.... The price means nothing if he's not good enough..... Someone above commented you don't get much for £100 million which is probably right..... They could have got Morgan Rogers (example not saying he would score 20 goals a season but he's a prospect and not every player has to cost £50 million) and had plenty of change...... It's recruiting the right players before the actual cost...... and knowing what to look for..... Spurs' recruitment has been woeful for years..... Was it £50 million for Richarlison..... That's £105 million on two bang average forwards and...... For the best part of a decade they had a goalscorer who scored over 200 goals in around 300 matches and they still couldn't win anything...... Such a badly run football club!

Said to my mate at end of last season that I can see Big Ange having a Klopp moment this season. What I meant was Klopp started his Liverpool career being loved by all but after a few seasons social media turned on him and he became a footballing meme / a parody. Much quicker than Klopp I think this will happen to Ange who can be moody and often talk nonsense. He’s upset spurs fans about his comments regarding Arsenal and the “rivalry”. Most on the radio today were furious with him and his inability to defend and players like Son going backwards under him.
