Likely that Liverpool will get title subject to agreement of other clubs.
Keep existing 20 clubs and promote Leeds and West Brom. Reduce prem back to twenty clubs over the next couple of seasons,

not sure I agree with that but is certainly a solution. I can’t see Fulham being that pleased with that solution given they still have West Brom to play.

The best way to play it is the leagues stay the same and only the top/bottom club in each league gets promoted or demoted

Liverpool have to get the title... it would be ridiculously unfair if they didn’t and I am not a fan of Liverpool.

If they do get it like that they will be dogged for years by jibes of 'didn't win it really' specially form Man U. But as you say grossly unfair on Liverpool.
