Hopefully they won't allow 5 individual subs or that will make a mockery of the last few minutes of a game.
It has to stay as 3 substitute intervals max, i'f be tempted to reduce it to 2 sub intervals plus half time
Good, I don't watch European football as it's bit boring so that's good to know, prem will surely follow the same rules. It's currently a max of 3 intervals in the Champions League and other top European leagues, as allowed by IFAB, the Premier League will follow suit unless they change the rule.

Agree with this except will there actually be less playing time? Won't there just be more extra time added now?More ways to slow down, waste time, break up play when you are 1-0 and help see the game out. There will be even less actual playing time now
I think they‘re supposed to add 30 seconds per substitution, but the slow trudge players make when they are winning (or drawing away from home) is often longer than that before play subsequently restarts and whilst refs can allow for that they often don’t in my view.Agree with this except will there actually be less playing time? It really does give advantage to the big teams though. Hopefully they all b***r off to the Supedooper League.
Ah I never knew that. Surely that's got to change especially with 5 subs? It can't be hard to time how long the substitution takes from the moment play stops to the moment play commences and then add that into the extra time. Seems only fair really.I think they‘re supposed to add 30 seconds per substitution, but the slow trudge players make when they are winning (or drawing away from home) is often longer than that before play subsequently restarts and whilst refs can allow for that they often don’t in my view.
It would definitely be good for us in the champo as we're one of the big clubs. It would probably be good for us if we're still in the Championship and the EFL introduce it.
It would allow Wilder to make his traditional 2 striker substitutions and still have 3 other changes to play about with.
The likes of Payero would benefit from it.
Snatch a goal Karanka style, bring on five defenders and bore the life out of the game.More ways to slow down, waste time, break up play when you are 1-0 and help see the game out. There will be even less actual playing time now
1965ish?All stemmed from Mike Rose and Keith Peacock
