I posted this on a mates WhatsApp group and thought it was worth mentioning here:
Through a range of trauma and let downs over the years, I always find the reason to be cautious when following the boro.
To get that result today, against what some might consider the run of play, feels less like a fluke and more of an ability to grind out the result no matter what it takes.
If we can continue on that way, I'll actually feel more confident of us going up than last year when we were massively in form and playing good football.
Sometimes you just do whatever it takes to get the points, come hell or high water. Today that's what it felt like. I feel less lucky, and more proud of the pragmatism that was shown the players.
