I see Everton FC has reacted positively after fans from other clubs have been heard singing 'Feed the Scousers' by showing fans supporting food banks on the big screens in the ground.

Poverty chanting gets Everton scoreboard response

Everton say they are "proud" of work being done by a foodbank in the city following poverty chants that were heard in Sunday's game against Chelsea.

Thought it was quite a clever response.

Yeah but most of their fans live in leafy Essex don’t they. Even though they all claim to be working class hard knocks.
