So wrong but so, so good 
We are having pork for lunch tomorrow and I will snaffle the crackling before lunch.I love them until I find a hairy one, then it's about 2 years before I have another try!
Dirty Dirty Getback in the day when you got your weekly pack of bacon for the household at the butchers and there was none of this rindless option. Well, nobody in our house liked the crisped up rind but me , but if you did the whole piece as one the bacon would be dry but the rind great so my mum said if I wanted it that bad I could cut it off all the pieces myself and could grill it separately after the bacon had come out. So I did, for about 3 years until I left home![]()
The hairy ones are the second best ones. The best ones are the ones with a nipple on.I love them until I find a hairy one, then it's about 2 years before I have another try!
To be fair, pork crunch are fantastic too!I love them but my teeth have been severely weakened over the years so I stick to the pork crunch these days.
