It's been fun to watch, Kiers statesmanlike almost methodical dissection of Johnson and Johnson ridiculous, flustered response as he looks desperately around for support. It's like when the class bully picks on the new guy. But the new guy happens to be a martial arts expert so the bully looks round for friends to help him out.

Sadly, as 360 said, certain types of people fail for his incompetent charm. It's a sad reflection of the political landscape but most of the country just don't care. We are actually killing ourselves through apathy but that's the way it is. That's why the can do whatever they like, no one bats an eyelid. I imagine (short of killing the queen) there is NOTHING Johnson couldn't get away with when, if questioned, he doesn't just reply "yes, but I got Brexit done"

There were also stains on his lapel, maybe thats what the hair was sticking to .Come back Micheal foot,all is forgiven (we wont even mention the state of his mate Dominic)..pair or scruffy chunts
 
I do think there's a pretty good chance he'll be long gone by the time of the next election. Depending on his popularity, but he won't want to lose an election and I doubt Cummings will stick around for 5 years.

Depending on the success or otherwise of Brexit will probably be replaced by a brexiteer or someone more neutral who tries to distance themselves from the whole debacle.

Problem for labour is the deck is going to be stacked against them either way. Boundary reforms will make it even harder for them to win in England and they need Scotland for a majority, but of course SNP have that tied up. The best bet is a coalition but you can guarantee SNP will demand a referendum as part of any deal. The left will undermine each other again.

I often wonder how bad the government have to be to turn people off them. It must be pretty F***ing terrible because they've been shambolic this last decade and still people support them.
 
The man is a coward and a pathological liar. It is surely only a matter of time until the lies catch up with him. He makes my skin crawl just looking at him, never mind listening to the bumbling and waffling. And to think this time last year under May and the the failure after failure to get her Brexit deals through it couldn't get any worse. My word.
 
The lies have caught up with him time and time again but it doesn’t matter, Johnson has invented and marketed the ‘Boris’ character, it’s all an act and a sham, he deliberately messes his hair and untucks his shirt, when he took up jogging for example the outlandish attire was deliberately chosen so he would not just appear but stand out in the press. He’s a manufactured politician deliberately appearing ungroomed and dishevelled, his language choice isn’t that of a typical Prime Minister who ‘dumbs down’ to levels that average folk understand, he believes he’s exceptional and the norms don’t apply to him.


He relies on Cummings, as without guidance he’s clueless, disorganised and distracted, when scrutinised his response is aggressive and how dare they, his ambition is cutthroat and dangerous but his ideas malformed and woolly and that dichotomous personality along with his sense of exceptionality mean he cannot stand being questioned and held to account.
