We seem scared to throw our kids on when losing. Other teams go for it and use the exuberance of youth to get some extra buzz on the pitch.
Last night and Saturday should have seen some of our youngsters given a chance. The seniors look knackered. We are losing anyway so what is there to lose?
It's not just Carrick it seems to permeate manager to manager. Do the under coaches say, look he can go on the bench but don't dare bring him on? I doubt that. So why the reluctance?
