Pilates?

Have any of you tried it, and would you recommend it?

I'm already very active, eat well and take care of myself as much as possible, but I'm looking to enhance mobility.
 
I have always fancied DDP Yoga. But that's mainly cos I use to quite like DDP when he was in WCW. Supposed to be mint though.
 
Alternatively consider Tai Chi. The exercise if very good for your core muscles and usually includes elements of meditation to help with your mental well being. I'm a lapsed adherent that keeps meaning to return to it.
