Petition to save Teessaurus Park

not interested - travellers have a legal right to a pitch - rather than being hostile towards them - in the style of a popularist maverick isnt the way forward - accommodation and inclusivity is.

remind me again what good the judgement and term in office was for the maverick - and why is he bawling about this.

absolute raw, naked racism.
I'll sign a petition to move them and stick them near your house if you are completely fine with it. I assume that will be OK?

Signed.
Got the train from Redcar to Thornaby with Mrs Nolo a few weeks ago so we could walk along the Tees. We walked over to Teessaurus for a look, hadn’t been for ages, loads of parents there with kids, it was great to see.
Criminal if it goes.

The Lodger.
Please never use the words "Master plan " when discussing what our council are doing.
The demise of many beautiful buildings in our town over the years show how forward thinking they are.

Blf; I see lots of people blame councils, not just on Teesside and Middlesbrough, but right across the country for old building that have been demolished or left to rot.

Now the truth, very few of them are councils doing. Councils can't stop building getting demolished just as much as they can't force people to use them and stop their demise.

Councils own and owned very few of these building in the grand scheme of things, and as much as councils and elected officials would like to get involved in forcing(yes forcing) others to spend, often millions and even hundreds of millions on these old buildings, sadly we can't, councils are often left to sort out the mess hence the weird misconception that it's all the local councils doing- it's not.
