Was thinking the exact same thing.

Jake Cooper - Currently with Milwall, the transfermerkt rumour was posted by 'FMTTM' and posts it's source as Gazzette Live (Craig Johns) mentions Leif Davis (Leeds), Teden Mengi (Man Utd), Lewis Gibson (Everton), Rhys Williams* (Liverpool), Dion Sanderson (Wolves), Kell Watts (Newcastle) as possible targets.
*Rhys Williams 20yo 6'5 who who tried to sign on loan in January is thought to be leaving Liverpool this summer.

It sounds like Crooks is the man, but hearing from the BBQ Boys that the deal is off (cut and pasted from an ITK from oneboro).. leads me to believe that a deal could very well be on!!
