Paul Ince - Reading Interim Manager

😩 Oh bum & flamin bollox!

I dunno about giving us owt folks. Cos…….

Quite often a new manager will give the team an umpf, an immediate lift, a positive momento going forward etc, especially if the club is down the bottom of the table, previous manager has lost the dressing room, suffered numerous losses on the trot.

Like BlueButterfly said above - I always find it odd when a manager is sacked after a win too.
I guess the big men in charge have already had a discussion about said manager and have already decided the manager will be leaving on ABC date immediately after they play XYZ, regardless of the result yeah?

I’m not enamoured by this decision to bring Ince at all!😩

Bizzare at best. I mean what did his CV say at the interview.... A near 10 year career break.

I'm guessing it was between him and Mark Hughes😂. So 2012 lol

Hope you don’t mind me asking Tryasize10, how do you know that he’s an awful bloke and manager please?
TIA

Ask away, I'd be interested on your take on him too.

It's obviously my opinion based on what I have read and from what people have said about him. He is a bully and rules by intimidation. I have first hand experience of dealing with bullying culture in the work place and that makes me think he is a complete **** house.

As fare as his managerial record stands, take out his year at MK Don's and it's bad. Simple.

At one point we had a managerial shortlist of

1. Paul Ince
2. Gary Megson
3. Phil Brown

I can’t recall if this was when karnaka or Mowbray got the job.
