Wow, just an amazing Gold for those fantastic athletes. The effort and determination showed by both teams in the final will last with me for a very long time, end to end stuff. And to think the G.B team had to find their own funding.

Jack Smith, who played rugby at Billingham was in the GB team that won a wheelchair rugby gold medal, Jack got injured aged around 16 playing rugby for Billingham, my eldest was in the same team. A lovely lad and really chuffed for his achievement yesterday.

He was the brother of my daughters school friend, Molly. Great effort by all the athletes in all disciplines.
