Hope it's not one on yet another ring-road, over an hour's walk from the Station?I guess that is why they are building a new, new stadium with 4 sides

This ground isn't that old is it? Is there a reason they need to build another new one?I guess that is why they are building a new, new stadium with 4 sides
It is going to be sited north of the City, an hour's walk from the centre of Oxford and yes by a ring road in KidlingtonHope it's not one on yet another ring-road, over an hour's walk from the Station?
Because they can't build a 4th stand on the existing site. This ground isn't that old is it? Is there a reason they need to build another new one?
Just looked, build in 2001.
Very strange. Did no one think of that when they built it?Because they can't build a 4th stand on the existing site.
Coincided with them being relegated to the 4th tier so obviously thought the capacity was sufficient. A lack of ambition and foresight maybe. When they looked at adding the 4th stand it was deemed operationally too difficult so thought it better for a new stadium fit for purpose.Very strange. Did no one think of that when they built it?
I might just turn up with a step ladder. What happened to the fourth side of the ground?

Don’t think there’s a river in Hemlington. Would have had to call it the Lakeside. It looks like its miles out of the centre of Oxford - right on the edge of the City boundaries - a bit like building the Riverside in Hemlington

And West Ham don’t play in West Ham but all three grounds are easy to get by public transport unlike Oxford.Bolton don't play in Bolton, Grimsby don't play in Grimsby
