Over for the Rugby and Football

Forgot it was on tonight. Tickets are cheap so may take this opportunity to get the new stadium in given our last visit was behind closed doors in the FA Cup.

It wasn't a great game, was it? Looks like you were a few rows in front of where we were. Have fun in France!
Cheers. Our team are young and spread from playing at Plymouth, to Denmark to the MLS. Australian can boast a more experienced side and it showed. Wasn't that impressed with either side but certainly our keeper Michael Would ( plays in Japan and ex Sunderland academy) kept us in it with three crucial saves. Apart from striking the top of the bar from a free kick we didn't hurt Australia and Wood strolled through the best part of 80mins with just a weak glancing header on target. In fact Australia missed an absolute sitter in the second half that had to be seen to be believed. Nice stadium but strangely hemmed in by towers of flats and a rail line.

Bluddy Aussies, mind you after their rugby team and cricket team efforts recently I suppose they were due a bit of sporting success against the 103rd ranked team it the world. How did Silvera do when he cam on???
Came on for last 10 minutes and honestly I don't think he touched the ball in that time. Difficult for him. Wasn't impressed that much with Luongo. Holding midfield player who was neat at best, not that blessed with pace and misplaced numerous passes but was slightly more influential 2nd half as we tired.
