Over 20 Get your jab here

It's over 42s as of this morning.

Booked mine. I was surprised how quick it was. I could have booked it for tomorrow. Can't due to work so I'm getting it on Friday

They're rattling through them in North Yorks.

Me and the wife (both 40) had ours last week. Mind that was from appointments arranged via the GP, not the NHS website.

As far as I'm aware there are early 30's in Guisborough getting them now, though that might just be an anomaly in one surgery.

My brother who's 35 had his first jab in Redcar a month ago. 😲 Surgery said they were just working through the patient list each day after inviting those who were in the vunerable groups.

It does seem to ebb and flow, My mum on Teesside for instance (mid Sixties) got hers the day after my Father in Law (mid 50's) in the South East, but now I'm seeing it the other way round with younger people up north getting theirs first, albeit your brother / my friends might just be exceptions to the rule.

From the official website it's over 42s only. I guess if individual practices have the vaccine and have got through their list, no harm in giving them to younger people

It does seem to vary, but all the individual pharmacies seem to be on the NHS site too? I suppose now that all the vulnerable who want to be done are done it’s a bit less important what order they’re done in as long as they’re rattling them into arms as fast as possible and not wasting any.

This seems to be the difference between us and the Americans. My relatives in California have all had their first doses this past, ranging from the oldest at 62 to the youngest eligible at 21. All arranged through the family doctor.

I've just had mine and I can't praise the organisation and friendliness enough.
I was asked if I wanted the AZ or Moderna and went for the latter.

I got a sticker and a nosey around Plymouth Argyle's refurbished grandstand.
Definitely a win-win 👍

Over 40s now available. I’ve just tried to book mine and it’s wanting to send me to Leeds. I thought the Riverside would be my destination? Anyone else have this problem?

Currently in Newcastle and I've been trying to book all week. Closest centre it gave me was 50 miles away. Tried today and there's no appointments. Meanwhile, other places in the country are offering walk-ins. Daft.

To be clear I didn’t put a darlo postcode in, was Ingleby but it gave me darlo as nearest for 4th or 5th may

but putting in a darlo postcode may help 👌🏻

They’re saying 32 & 33 year olds, but my younger nephew has already been called. Also 45 yo BIL been called sooner than planned for second jab.

Mrs F now double insulated 👍

Did your BiL pre book his second jab? I have one for July but I'm hoping they push it forward.

Other half has just booked her first! The NHS could pull this off, couldn't they?
