Is it possible to unsubscribe to junk email in one go or do i have to open each individual email and unsubscribe?

If i i move them all to junk does that stop them emailing me in future?
 
If it's genuine junk, unsubscribing isn't the best idea as it confirms your account is live which makes it valuable and will be sold on

If it's mailing lists etc for things you subscribed to then it doesn't matter

I find gmail very good at handling junk mail and anything slipping through if you mark it as junk it updates its rules
