Since Scott came in it's improved massively and we needed that.I have been impressed with our finds.Rogers,Forss,Rav, Engel,The keepers,latte etc brilliant signings.This year it took time to get started with all the new players and later with the injuries.Take that into account the team have done brilliantly to reach a major semi final and to take us close to the play offs most teams would be at the bottom.
 
Used to be poor but now we have a strategy, no more panic knee jerk signings, plans coming together nicely, lots of expensive assets on our hands, things are looking good from top to bottom and very importantly we have Super Michael Carrick who is without doubt an outstanding person and Manager, we are very very lucky to have him
 
Again Rogers and Engel have proven nothing yet, they have had some shockers thrown in amongst good games, less said about greenwood the better. Latte Lath still to convince but I like the look of him, can’t speak highly enough of the likes of RVDB but was probably his worst game for us today. No issue with the keepers or forss either

Engel got tortured by Longman today .
We discussed , is Longman really good , or is Engel a poor defender ?
Both was the outcome.
 
Rogers has a long way to go, you can see he has some great attributes, but you can see his weaknesses, which is the reason he's with us and may be able to polish up on those.
 
I think the recruitment team will always get stick, as is the nature of fans. I’ve been critical but I am on board as it stands. I just worry about losing key players and the time it takes for the replacements to be up to scratch.
