Posted something similar in the team for Hull thread. I like the formation, but I'd toughen up central midfield a bit to give genuine freedom to Giles/Jones, and also allow Bola/Dijksteel to overlap. On the right in particular, I think Jones needs a supporting full-back to stretch their defence for him.

Drop one of Akpom/Muniz, play Hackney as a #10, and stick McNair alongside Howson.

If he's fit I think I'd have Crooks alongside Howson.
