Our bench tonight

I'd be surprised but not astonished if Glover started. Carrick does tend to not bring new players in immediately.

Imagine Woolston will be on the bench tonight as he was 21st man v west brom and was warming up pre match. He has also been playing cb quite a bit for the u21s so maybe another reason we felt we had enough cover.

If we are assuming the front 4 are Azaz, Whittaker, Burgzorg and Forss since it sounds like Doak is injured then we will definitely be a bit thin in the front positions.

Conway might make the bench?

Is Dijksteel fit? If so then yeah I think this is about right. Woolston or Palmer for the last spot.
 
It's going to be huge blow if Rav in injured again. If he's injured he will most likely be out long-term and it leaves us with Fry and Edmundson.

Bench: Glover, Fridge, Borges, Dijksteel, Barlasar, McCabe, Palmer, Finch.... We're one short on the bench if Conway or McGree aren't back.

It'd need to be an attacking player... Charlie Lennon has featured on the bench before... More likely to be a striker, Daniel Nkrumah?

... or Doak's fit and it's all just a random rumour.

We've lost Clarke and Gilbert, ELL and Engel are as good as gone, and no indication that Dijksteel, Howson and Conway will be back.

Assuming our starting 11 is Travers, Ayling, Fry, Rav, Giles, Hackney, Morris, Azaz, Whittaker, Burgzorg, Doak, the only first teamers, assuming they don't make the starting 11 are Glover, Barlaser, Edmundson, Borges, Forss. If Doak is out as rumoured, Forss pretty much has to start, unless we go with Finch, or change formation. Could we see Hackney play LW, and Morris and Barlaser as the two CM's?

We could have a load of kids on the bench, who Carrick won't use.

I was thinking the bench could be filled with a few youngsters too
Should hopefully only be tonight
