We also signed Archer and Ramsey, had a goalscoring no. 10 and didnt have an injury list as long as your arm/players away on int duty...

All those things could be rectified quite soon - you can also argue that we have done slightly better with, on paper at least, a slightly lesser team that have been playing without half the squad available for a large part of the season
