You can change your vote whenever you wish. It's not public, just a litmus test of how the board is right now. Relates to as much or as little as you want it to
 
the first time I went to see Radiohead I was in a bad mood, my friend wanted to go but I thought it was a terrible name for a band, they were from the home counties and probably gash. I went, Manchester Uni when they were flogging Pablo Honey. Never been happier to be so wrong about how good a band could be. Still in my top 3 gigs.
