Very poor performance, some players in particular were shocking.

Our season is hanging on by the skin of its teeth.

I hope we don't play 3 at the back again this season, and I don't want Spence starting another game.
 
On the positive side, Bettinelli played very well bar one misplaced clearance.

He's been fine for weeks now, which is a relief.
 
poor all over the pitch, we beat ourselves really because they were no great shakes at all

Betenelli 7 - couple of good saves, could do nothing with the goal
Fry 6 - comfortable
Hall 6 - unlucky
Bola 6 - lots of effort and ernergy
Spence 3 - awful
Johnson 7 - our one bright player
Howson 5 - sluggish
Tav 6 - injured
McNair 5 - didn't create or run
Bolasie 5 - not really involved
Akpom 4 - invisible

Sav 5 - didn't influence game
NML 6 - better than Spence
Fletcher 4 - didn't look fit
Watmore 7 - bright, good movement and effort and a couple of half chances that were blocked
Kebano 6 - didn't have long enough

It looks like we’re down to a handful of optimists now who believe we are still play off contenders. Guys, wake up! Not good enough, not consistent enough. Get this season over and hope for a better stab next season.

I agree with Spence, but 3 at the back has worked at times

I’m not sure what he sees in akpom or Spence for that matter. We should be doing better than that today. As it stands I don’t think we lost that much ground but we are going to need to improve on today’s performance!!

At this stage of the season, we should be. Hot and Cold week in week out. I mean Howson had a chance of a shot, turned around and passed it back to half way. Captain leading from the rear. Do the players even look at the time and score before playing daft balls like that.
