NW got the players to give Watmore around of applause

Saw a plenty on twitter and my Facebook timelines that weren't happy with us bringing him in due to not liking his style of football.

Personally I've always liked warnock and glad we finally got him, just worry for what will happen when he leaves

When he does leave, he will have left the club in a significantly better position than he found us, I am 100% confident of that. Even if he left today he has improved players to the extent that they are top players in this league, plus our best players are tied down to long term contracts.

Feel like NW is reversing 4 years worth of damage that Monk, Pulis and Woodgate have done to the club. Whoever takes over from him will very likely have a club that has a very solid base to build on, cant remember the last manager we had that had that luxury.

After Pulis I was a bit apprehensive about how we would play under Warnock, expecting much of the same.

But I've been surprised by how much I enjoy thecwsy we play, getting the ball forward quickly and often playing on the break. It's fast and exciting to watch, plus its always good to see players giving everything.

That's his strength building up players to compete & run through a brick wall for him, I don't think you'll get many players who played under him saying a bad word about the guy, many will still owe him a lot

In the dressing room

This bloke we have in charge just knows how to be an excellent man manager, how to get the best out of individuals & makes them feel 10 feet tall, who will run through a brick wall for him

His interviews are amazing, he comes across how much he loves it here

What a turn around from last season, losing at home to Swansea 3-0, Jonathan Woodgates final game in charge & the introduction of NW for the Stoke fixture, his 1st game in charge

Excellent post mr E.

Your spot on though you can see the players love playing for him. The team spirit is clear to see.

I reckon he should just stay for 5 years or so..

Couple of promotion / relegation seasons then when we have that solid base and back to being where we belong (10th-14th in the prem) with a couple of league cups and a uefa winners medal he can hand over the reigns to a talented German manager and just have us be his best ever job and team.

Not asking much really. 😂

Nice touch, but if there was good team spirit wouldn't the players have applauded Watmore without being told?

I'll be honest when Warnock took over I wasn't happy. Heard the whispers about the 'getting players to pay him to play.' I thought he was very Harry Redknapp-esque with a Pulis base.

To say I've been pleasantly surprised is an understatement. We look an actual team and the players seem to be about 10 foot taller. Also if I'd watched the undrthecosh podcasts before he took over I'd have been aware that majority of footballers who play for him feel much much more confident with him as a manager.

I do love being proved wrong and I'm thrilled to say I have been!

Neil Warnock is a wonderful Man Manager , it really is that simple...well no it isn't he has many other skills but he has remarkable qualities to turn frightened, timid, nervous players into confident players and confident men.
It must be fantastic to be part of this squad, Neil you are a genius.
