Not a serious Govt

They rolled out Gillian Keegan this morning to do the rounds and promote Truss’ trickle down economic strategy although she flatly denied that it was trickle down at all.

Keegan has an unnerving smirk on her face which is very unfortunate for her (and for us the viewer) when she talks seriously about the cost of living crisis.

The great thing is how the great British public have been conned and just appear ok with it.

Take today’s announcement from Coffey (yes - absolutely to the point of the OP. Seriously - health minister??)

But the landmark statement is - you will get to see a GP within 2 weeks.
Classic - batter the NHS so people are waiting forever then they will think 2 weeks is ok.

You get the governments the people deserve
