Norwich fans hate Bamford and Karanka

Some of the comments are quite funny. They haven't forgotten that game when we beat them 1-0 at their place and time-wasted from the 15th minute.

"I was worried too. We stayed overnight just to the north of the stadium and there were 3 Boro fans in the communal breakfast area on the morning. They were ultra confident to the point of cockiness. It was a done deal. But Boro never turned up in the event and after we had scored both our goals it was perhaps the most comfortable match ever! "

That pretty much sums the day up👍

Must say, don't mind Norwich as a club fans are decent and haven't sold themselves out. But hope we stuff them tonight.

To be fair we proper did a job on them in that away game, we started well, got the goal and nicked the 1-0, proper frustrated them.

Agree with the comment about their fans after the PO final, you'd think they'd just won a pre season friendly, never seen fans celebrate so little after such a huge win.

Hopefully we'll do the same this year. It's very pleasing to see the parachute payment clubs are struggling to get into the playoffs this year. Much rather see Blackburn Millwall and Luton there than Norwich who tend to turn up in the premier League do **** all and then get relegated. Pointless team.

They definitely have a strange bunch of fans.

I remember leaving Wembley just after FT and I couldn't believe the amount of yellow/green shirts I saw coming out of the stadium. Thousands chose to leave instead of celebrate their play off win.

If that was the other way around, we'd have still been in Wembley at 8pm!

If I remember rightly Karanka kept him on for the full game, which was bizarre considering he was clearly struggling.

Then the decision to start him in the final was a poor one looking back in hindsight. Should have started Kike and brought Bamford off the bench if needed.
Who was the Right Back Karanka had ‘naughty benched’ for the final?

Crazy why he kept Bamford on injured!

That’s their model to keep making funds from this cycle. With no intention of doing anything in the prem.
They’re owners - Delia and husband - pretty limited in means and therefore they are never going to splash the cash which frustrates many of their fanbase. That said they have big debts too.

I was at that match we were pretty bad but it has become standard practice now. How much football was played after Burnleys second last week their keeper took every opportunity too have a lay down.
