Niners in the playoffs!!

Rams tried to buy a championship this year-- acquired Becks, Ramsey and Von Miller via trade deals. The loss demotes them to number 4 seed in the NFC.

San Francisco play at Dallas in the play offs.

With home field advantage over the Cards, I'd think the Rams are more likely to progress than the 49ers

I think many moved out of SF — pubs were packed full of red shirts today!!

Why not, the team have.

They're not even the San Francisco 49'ers anyway, they're the Santa Clara 49'ers.

Shows how fickle US sports fans are (not really different to us TBH), normally you'd struggle to see a couple of 49'ers shirts in the bars (especially the last few years) and then all of a sudden with a bit of success everyone is a niners fan again.

Exciting end to the Raiders game, seems to be heading to running the clock down for a tie and we win it at the death.

Seems Chargers fans not happy with their HC calling a time out with 30 secs left, that this changed raiders minds Re going for the win

before that time out.

Lizard...nice try but 49ers will always be SF, well that is until the next big earthquake sinks the city into the pacific.

Hard to believe that this will be the first meeting between the Niners and Cowboys since 1994-- those [playoff] games were so incredible, with so many weird and spectacular moments with the likes Aikmen, Rice, Montana, Young, Irvine and not forgetting Emmitt Smith making the game what it is today.

@Expat Smoggie - Probably asked you this before, but do you live in the city, in the Bay Area or somewhere else in Norcal ?
