Did anyone else attend Nightfall at Stewart Park last week - Thursday to Saturday - where various lighting installations converted the park by day into the Boro Borealis by night. It was truly spectacular. Each night was totally sold out weeks ago. Top artists from Europe and also local names like Whippet Up and Stu Langley were featured - giving us fair grottos, beating woodland hearts and amazing recreations of industry and nature as silhouettes. At the end there was a gig with various artists playing, Teesside rapper Shakk was performing when I was there.
The centre piece was the Boro Borealis - Northern Lights created in between the branches of trees, bands of colours flashing and darting across the top of the park.
Memorable - make sure you book early next year. A great big plus for Stellar Projects.
