NFL Week 11

The Niners completely schooled the Jags, incredible display from the defensive ends - Bosa has his mojo back and Chase Young was incredible on his debut. Purdy had a great game too, first passing TD was a bit risky, but his throw from a crowded pocket to Kittle was class! Was so satisfying to see 'mr irrelevant' outscore captain america - no room in the pocket for him at all. Notable mentions to Trent Williams returning for opening up the running lanes for CMAC and Deebo too!

It was strange the way that the Niners just wiped the floor with the Jags, almost like their memory of three straight losses was irrelevant also. I definitely agree on the defensive line as Bosa and Chase Young look like they’ve clicked perfectly together.

Both Seattle and the Niners should qualify for the playoffs but with these two yet to meet expectations will be high on both teams that they can snatch the division.

Season ending injuries do seem more prevelant this season. Sadly not good news for the Browns as the season rolls into the latter half.
After nearly 40 years of following this team through almost constant misery, it should come as no surprise that just as things look good something crappy happens. But I was shocked when I saw this. Massive blow to the Browns hopes.

In theory, given how well the Defence is playing they could still make the playoffs but won’t get very far without decent QB play. Might be worth trying the rookie QB the rest of the way.

Typical Browns.
I have to take part of the blame for this because of my positive post yesterday 🏈📌

Serious respect and commiserations to Yearbyred, dooderoni and all you Browns fans on this disappointing news!

Whilst a Steelers fan here since Bobby Layne‘s arrival in ’58, I must admit I also admired the Browns during the Jimmy Brown - Leroy Kelly era, long before 1995 when Art Modell moved the team to Baltimore to become the hated Ravens.

The AFC North is never easy! The rest of the way I’m thinking it’s sure to be a major grind for ALL of the AFC playoff contenders (perhaps not KC) and I do think you Dawgs are still in with a shot.

Edit: Must also add former Ottawa Roughrider RB Bo Scott to my above admired Brown/Kelly Browns era. I lived in Ottawa at the time.

Browns starting the rookie DTR on Sunday. Probably the right thing as PJ Walker has been poor on his starts so far. Both have committed lots of turnovers but to be fair to DTR he only had 2 hours notice he was playing against Baltimore. Least he can have a few reps with the first team now.

No doubt TJ and the rest of the Steelers D will be licking their lips facing a rookie with a depleted O Line.

Yes TJ and Larry Highsmith, arguably the best outside tandem in the entire league.

Last season’s SuperBowl rematch happens Monday night with KC hosting the Eagles. Some reports say that Jadon Hurts has a bad knee but it won’t stop him from playing.

Other big games include Steelers at the Browns who have a long injury list.
The Jets take on the Bills in a must win for Buffalo.
The NFC west sees Seattle travelling to the Rams while the Niners take on the Buccs.

Thursday’s game saw Bengals lose to the Ravens with the Bengals losing QB Joe Burrow for the rest of the season with a wrist injury.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cleveland Browns
Las Vegas Raiders @ Miami Dolphins
Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions
Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Los Angeles Chargers @ Green Bay Packers
Arizona Cardinals @ Houston Texans
Dallas Cowboys @ Carolina Panthers
New York Giants @ Washington Commanders
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ San Francisco
New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills
Seattle Seahawks @ Los Angeles Rams
Minnesota Vikings @ Denver Broncos
Monday Night Football:
Philadelphia Eagles @ Kansas City Chiefs

Bengals will struggle to make the playoffs now you would think.

Terrible record in the AFC North and AFC in general, so would lose most tie breakers for a wild card.

Just received an email saying Sky Sports now have the rights from the NCAA. Games on every Saturday starting at 2pm today. Not sure what they are showing.
Miami Hurricanes v Louisville Cardinals at 5pm.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish v Wake Forest Demon Deacons 8:30pm.
Oregon State Beavers v Washington Huskies 12:30am.

Packers fan here, we are not going to make the playoffs this year so I hope the Browns do get in. The division they are in is tough but great win last week. Will miss Watson Vs the Steelers

Good game going on at Miami v Raiders. Both teams have had fumbles and TDs with the silver and black scoring a long bomb to go ahead. I can see this one racking up 40 points each.

Browns still leading Steelers early in the 2nd.

Worrying trend 2nd half here of everything being short and we've just batted one up for a Steelers interception as a result. Got away with a 3 and out, but we don't look like putting the game out of the reach of the Steelers which is what they will be hoping for going into the 4th.
