Newcastle v Arsenal

This ref's been poor and missed a lot of nasty and niggly tackles from both teams.

Newcastle should have stuck to playing football instead of getting involved.

I thought the players made it pretty much impossible for the ref, so much petty cheating. Ruined a promising game.

They need to stamp out this cheating and rolling about the ground. Newcastle paid the price at Anfield earlier in the season when Liverpool secured the win after the ref added on the time wasting.

I do think Newcastle never recovered from VAR overturning the penalty.

I thought it was a poor game and Newcastle very poor.
 
Arsenal so much better than Newcastle but why the need to cheat, just out football them.
Both teams equally as bad as each other. Ref looks absolutely sick of it all.
Felt sorry for him.
Something really needs doing about the diving, feigning injury, screaming when not touched, standing over ball to stop quick free kicks.
I could go on forever making this list.
Just stop fxxxing cheating.
 
Only watched the last half hour and I thought Newcastle were guilty of some nasty niggly fouls and "simulation" ref was either going to let is go or send two or three off. Once again though, blatant diving in the box was allowed to go unpunished (Anderson).
