But theres no information regarding who is producing it, if the Hospice has endorsed this and its not a scam etc.
Ive seen now it has some info the articles it including and its an on-line.
Be good to know some background, is it £3 per issue ?

I've just bought it and it's definitely worth the £3 especially as it's going to the hospice. 62 page magazine covering lots of Boro info and really nicely put together.

It is edited by a local Boro fan and all proceeds are indeed for Teesside Hospice.
Longer articles - really interesting features on Wilf Mannion for instance and as well as the glory days, also the war years and how he was treated appallingly by Boro. When salaries of present day footballers turn our stomachs we have to also remember the days when players literally were servants of their clubs. Great first effort and obviously a great deal of work has gone into this magazine.

Hi, bit more info on this.
Boro Mag is made by fans to bring Boro writers together during lockdown - people can enjoy something about their club despite the lack of football. The fundraising element agreed by the writers was that any profits go to a locla charity and it was decided that Teesside Hospice would be appropriate and, with their support, this was agreed.
We're just getting sign off on press release and some further promo. There are some previews of magazines articles on twitter/instagram @boro_mag - these are long form articles to give a magazine periodical feel. It is hoped that this can be a quarterly fundraising initiative that compliments rather than challenges existing publications and has a different target/approach etc.
We have a few new writers lined up for the next issue and we also welcome anyone interested in contributing to get in touch.

Also had a good plug on the Boro website today - the response has been brilliant. I know Rob the editor is keen to have more submissions for future editions and obviously the more we can do to support local charities like Teesside Hospice the better.
