He's definitely the most universally popular Boro boss I can recall.
I've never met somebody in person who isn't anything but impressed with what he has done.
He's changed loads of minds and loads of players' performances.
I love having him as our manager.

And, must admit, notwithstanding how he has improved the players and performances, there is something endearing about him.

Agree with this. I always want boro to win for me and boro fans as that’s the whole point of being a fan and it means everything to us but I have found myself wanting to win for Warnock aswell. Can’t say I have ever felt that before about one of our managers.
