We need a new owner to invest and appoint a real Chief Exec to run the club.
For that we need the current owner to write off his loans and allow that new owner to come in.
It ain't happening.
The Cheif Exec under Gibson is not a real Chief Exec role, Gibson makes all the big calls as Executive Chairman. I've no idea whether Bausor is great or hopeless, but I do think he just does what he is told by his boss.
Isn't it Scott who handles all the recruitment in terms of closing the deals and contracts anyway?
