All well and good pulling him for the goal but I don’t think we’d have scored 3 second half without him. Like said earlier in the thread it was a Micheal carrick type performance where he goes pretty unnoticed but made sure boro we ticking it over and having patient play

You can’t expect every player to be the playmakers and it was clear the Mowatt job was to retain possession

Did well but has a tendency to check back inside instead of thinking forward first, and that is what ultimately lead to the goal.

He had a easy forward pass to Watmore, took an extra touch, checked back inside and then ran himself into trouble and kicked it into touch where the subsequent goal came from.

Thankfully that came at 3 up because if that had came at nil nil the comments on this thread would not have been so effusive.
