MOTORISTS ADVISED TO AVOID JUNCTION DUE TO DELAYS

DRIVERS are being advised to avoid the Cargo Fleet Lane and Trunk Road junction in Middlesbrough.

Emergency works are being carried out in the Normanby Road area which are believed to be causing delays in the wider area.

As a result motorists are advised to avoid the area while the works are completed over the weekend.

The road between Normanby & Ormesby been closed all week and caused problems for drivers heading in both directions.

On a good note, its stopped drivers cutting through the estate to beat the lights.
