According to the NYT, the US government warned that there was an imminent terrorist threat to Moscow. Pultin brush it off as "blackmail". I wonder how the rest of Russia will react knowing Putin ignored the warning?

The warning was that there was intelligence last week that an attack was imminent over the next 48 hours, seemed it was a bit longer than that.
