Millwall Owner - John Berylson

Very sad - I wonder what the tragic accident was.

For all of Millwalls faults, and there are many, you have to say over the last 10 years or so they have been a very well ran club, and you get the impression that man had a big hand in that.

A good example of an overseas owner coming in and sensibly running a club with the clubs best interests at the forefront.

This is an old article and interview with him in 2009. He seems like he was a right character, it's a sad he has passed, football needs these type of characters(and are getting less and less common the more money comes into the game) it makes a change from copy and paste business men or ex banker type people(not that I have a issue with these people, but I like the football cheeky chappy)
