Millwall fans booing ayling

Yeah he did love it like. If it's just an ex leeds thing it seems really odd. I suppose no more odd than us booing George saville, and singing adomah and friends songs.
 
I loved Bilongo giving the Millwall fans loads back. Dropped his shorts, waggled his backside and gave them loads of 2-1 signs. For once there was some genuinely good, not over the top banter across everyone.
 
He's one of those players who's a bit of a panto villain. You don't like them when they're against you but love them when they're on your side.

So probably a bit of that plus the Leeds /Millwall thing.

As alluded to above, players like Ayling love it. Just fires them up more.
 
I think Ayling was a bit of a public enemy with us wasn't he? I seem to remember him clashing with Ayala back in the day.

Not much in it other than he was their player and Ayala was ours.

Let's be honest he'd probably have got a few pelters from Boro fans had he signed for someone else. Especially as a bit of a Leeds 'legend'.
 
Ayling has haters across many clubs in the top 2 divisions. Most of those fans that barrack him would delight having him in their side.

Great a acquisition. Calm head, good leader, and can play a bit.
